Real-time video-effects pipeline. Detects the speaker's face + eye region, then warps the eye region per frame so the eyes appear to look directly into the camera even when the user is reading off-screen. Implementation is a cascade of small CNNs — face detector → landmark predictor → eye-region warp generator — packaged as the Maxine Eye Contact effect. Designed for sub-frame latency on RTX 40-series and L40S.
